Partdex is a platform that connects salvage yards, auto recyclers, and buyers for the purpose of buying and selling automotive parts. The Service provides inventory management tools for sellers and a marketplace for buyers to find parts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Partdex, you agree to:

• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

5. Transactions

Partdex facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to transactions. All transactions are between the buyer and seller. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your personal data from Partdex, you have several options:

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion

1. Log into your Partdex account
2. Navigate to your Profile Settings
3. Click on "Account Settings"
4. Select "Delete Account"
5. Confirm your deletion request

Option 2: Contact Support

If you are unable to access your account or prefer assistance, you can request data deletion by:

• Emailing us with your deletion request (provide your account email)
• Including "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
• Verifying your identity as required

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we will delete:

Timeline

Facebook Data

If you connected your Facebook account to Partdex, deleting your Partdex account will also remove the connection and any stored Facebook access tokens. However, to fully revoke Partdex's access to your Facebook data, you should also:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Navigate to Apps and Websites
3. Find Partdex in the list
4. Click "Remove" to revoke access
